12 held, jewellery worth ₹59 lakh recovered in Kakinada


Kakinada District Superintendent of Police G. Bindu Madhav on Saturday (November 29) said 12 people have been arrested in connection with a number of theft cases, and 350 grams of gold jewellery and 12 kg of silver jewellery together worth ₹59 lakh have been recovered from them. The accused are reportedly involved in the theft cases reported from across the Kakinada district. The police registered a case, and an investigation is on.
