In terms of design, Realme takes a bold design route with swappable camera modules and a vegan leather back created using recycled materials and Photonic Nano-Carving. This design approach gives users more customisation freedom. In contrast, the OnePlus 15 sticks to a refined aesthetic with a square camera island, a clean central layout, and multiple IP ratings, IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K, offering superior dust and water resistance. It also includes an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.
Realme’s partnership with Ricoh GR elevates the GT 8 Pro’s camera credentials. It features a 50MP anti-glare primary sensor, a 200MP telephoto lens with 3x optical and 12x lossless zoom, and a 50MP ultrawide shooter. It also supports 4K video recording at 120fps with Dolby Vision. By comparison, the OnePlus 15 packs a triple 50MP rear camera system that supports 8K video at 30fps. For selfies, Realme offers a 50MP front camera, while OnePlus uses a 32MP sensor.
