ICC Rankings Update: Shubman Gill Overtakes Babar Azam for ODI Top Spot

India’s Shubman Gill climbed to the top spot of the ODI batters rankings in the latest list published by ICC on Wednesday.

Gill displaced Pakistan’s Babar Azam to climb to the top of the rankings. Gill has 796 rating points while Babar has 773.

Just last week, Gill had moved to the No. 2 spot after scoring a hundred against England in the three-match ODI series, which India won 3-0.
