Akshay Kumar Reveals Stranger Asked His 13-Year-Old Daughter For Nudes Online
Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar shared a disturbing real-life incident involving his 13-year-old daughter to emphasize the rising danger of cybercrime among children. He recounted that a few months ago, while playing an online video game, his daughter was approached by an unknown person who asked her to send pictures of herself.
Akshay shared this experience during his address at the inaugural ceremony of Cyber Awareness Month 2025, held at the State Police Headquarters in Mumbai, urging greater awareness and vigilance against online threats targeting minors.

The actor revealed that during the game, his daughter received a message from an unknown player asking, “Are you male or female?” She replied that she was female, after which the stranger shockingly requested nude pictures. Akshay explained, “It was my daughter. She switched off the whole thing and she went and told my wife. This is how things begin. This is also a part of cybercrime.”

Highlighting the severity of cybercrime, Akshay urged authorities to educate children about online safety. He proposed that in Maharashtra, schools should conduct a weekly “cyber period” for students in 7th to 10th grades to make them aware of digital risks and how to stay protected.
He emphasized the growing threat of cybercrime, noting, “You all know that this crime is becoming bigger than street crime. It is very important to stop this crime.” Akshay’s personal account underlined how easily children can fall victim to online predators if they are not adequately informed.

Akshay Kumar shared the stage with Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Director General of Police Rashmi Shukla, Iqbal Singh Chahal, Rani Mukerji, and others during the event. His appeal focused on the need for proactive measures, including cyber education in schools, to safeguard children in the rapidly evolving digital world.
