BSNL launches customer service month from April 1 to 30
Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced April 2025 as ‘Customer Service Month’ to enhance customer experience. Customers are requested to provide feedback or suggestions.
A release from BSNL said that the special drive, from April 1 to 30, focuses on resolving service-related issues, improving network quality, and strengthening customer engagement. Key activities include grievance redress camps at customer service centres, special field drives to resolve long-pending complaints, proactive service monitoring, and digital outreach campaigns.
This initiative underscores BSNL’s commitment to customer satisfaction and aims to enhance service reliability, expedite FTTH provisioning, and build customer trust.
BSNL Tamil Nadu Circle urges all customers to actively participate and contribute to the success of this drive, reinforcing BSNL’s position as a customer-first telecom provider.
