FLO Chennai hosts legal awareness symposium 

The FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO), Chennai hosted a symposium on resolving conflicts within families in collaboration with Madras Management Association. It was held in association with Foundation for Comprehensive Dispute Resolution (FCDR) and Jagrithi foundation.

The symposium aimed at promoting mediation as a non-confrontational and constructive alternative to litigation.

The symposium was presided over by the chief guests, Justice D. Bharatha Chakravarthy, Judge, Madras High Court, and Justice K. Kannan, Former Judge of the High Courts of Madras, Punjab, and Haryana.

It also featured sessions on narcissism that fuels family conflicts and strategies for conflict resolution.
