The final of the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 will see world champion Spain taking on defending champion England for the title of European champion.

Spain qualified for the final thanks to Aitana Bonmati’s extra-time winner against Germany, while the English also came from behind to defeat Italy in 120 minutes.

The final is a rematch of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup final, where La Roja won 1-0 courtesy of a goal from captain Olga Carmona.

Is there extra-time and penalties in UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 final?

If the scores remain level at the end of 90 minutes, an additional 30 minutes of extra-time will be played.

If the scores remain tied at the end of the extra-time period, the match will be decided by penalty shootout.
