Navi Mumbai weather forecast — Will India vs Australia Women’s ODI World Cup 2025 semifinal be affected by rain?
India and Australia will face off in the second semifinal of the Women’s ODI World Cup 2025, which will take place at the D.Y. Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai on Thursday.
The Women in Blue had played their last league match at the same venue against Bangladesh, and witnessed multiple rain interruptions, starting with an hour-long toss delay. Overs were lost and India was handed a DLS-adjusted target, but the game was eventually washed out.
On October 30, rain could once again play spoilsport during the semifinal clash against the Aussies, with spells of rain expected atleast in the morning and afternoon.

While the priority for the ICC will be to try and complete the match on the same day, according to section 13.6 of the ICC’s official tournament regulations, both semifinals and the final have been allotted reserve days.
This means that if play cannot be completed on the scheduled day due to rain or other interruptions, the match will continue from the exact point it stopped on the following day.
