Samsung is reportedly working on the successor to its 2023 Galaxy Buds FE, which may launch as the Galaxy Buds Core. The upcoming true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds were recently spotted on a certification website, likely the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), suggesting an imminent India launch. While the listing doesn’t reveal key specs or features, it confirms that the Galaxy Buds Core are in the pipeline and heading to the Indian market soon.

As per a report by 91Mobiles, the Samsung Galaxy Buds Core have appeared on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website with the model number SM-R410, indicating that they are set to launch in India soon. Expected to succeed the Galaxy Buds FE, these new true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds are likely to be Samsung’s most budget-friendly offering in the segment.

This follows an earlier BIS listing of their charging case, spotted under the model number EP-QR410. While the certification confirms their arrival in the Indian market, Samsung has yet to announce an official launch date.

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Buds Core, previously tipped as the Galaxy Buds FE 2, are reportedly in the advanced stages of development, with work underway on their firmware. These true wireless earbuds are expected to debut alongside the Galaxy Z Flip FE during the Galaxy Unpacked event, likely scheduled for July. Their appearance on certification sites further signals that an official launch may be just around the corner.

The original Galaxy Buds FE were launched in October 2023 as Samsung’s most budget-friendly TWS earbuds, priced at Rs. 9,999 and available in Graphite and White. Nearly two years later, Samsung appears ready to introduce a successor that could offer refined features and improvements, continuing the company’s push to expand its affordable audio lineup.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds FE come with active noise cancellation (ANC), touch controls, and a quick switching feature that enables seamless transitions between connected devices. With an IPX2 rating, they can handle light water splashes, making them suitable for everyday use. Battery life is rated at up to six hours on a single charge with ANC turned on, and up to 21 hours total with ANC off when including the charging case.
