Swaccha Seva cleanliness drive in Srisailam sees good participation

Srisailam temple employees, staff and volunteers participated in large numbers at the Swaccha Seva cleanliness drive in the town as part of Swaccha Srisailam initiative, on Wednesday.

The entire town was divided into six zones and 11 sectors, and the cleanliness drive took place in 66 places. The entire Srisailam town was cleaned by hundreds of ‘Siva Sevaks’ (volunteers) and employees. The four ‘mada streets’, roads from Gangadhara Mandapam to Nandi temple, Alankareswara temple area, queue complexes and donation counter areas, annaprasadam complex, temple hospital premises and all the places were cleaned by the employees and volunteers.

Earlier, a rally was held from Gangadhara Mandapam to Nandi temple to create awareness about maintaining cleanliness in Srisailam.
