Manchester City and Norway forward Erling Haaland made his YouTube debut on Thursday with a video titled Day in the Life of Pro Footballer.
The 27-minute video gives a never-before-seen insight to what fuels the goal machine that Haaland is. Adding maple syrup to his coffee, absorbing vitamin D from a red light machine, and mastering the art of grilling tomahawk steaks — these are just some parts of the 25-year-old’s daily routine.
“People always see the matches, the goals, the celebrations — but not the hours that go into being ready for all of that,” Haaland said of the YouTube launch. “This video shows the routine, the food, the recovery, the small details that matter. It’s a bit of who I am away from the pitch, and I hope people enjoy seeing that side.”
