Afghanistan will look for a T20I series clean sweep against Zimbabwe when the two teams meet in the third and final match at the Harare Sports Club on Sunday.
The visitors took an unassailable 2-0 lead in the three-match series after thrashing Zimbabwe by seven wickets in the second game. Skipper Rashid Khan and Mujeeb Ur Rahman ripped through the batting line-up by picking five wickets between them as Zimbabwe was bowled out for 125, caught once again in a spin web.
In the series opener too, Zimbabwe’s batting had collapsed as it was bundled out for just 127, with Mujeeb nabbing four wickets.
